We believe in creating solutions, not options. That’s why we adhere to the One Concept Method – a strategic design approach that aligns big-picture solutions at a deeper level vs just appealing to the eye. The presentation of each solution includes all critical elements including typefaces, color codes, and a series of realistic mockups to help you envision how the system would exist in the real world of your business.
Changes and edits are a natural, invaluable part of the design process. With collaboration at the heart of everything we do, your participation is not only welcomed, but encouraged. What we create together will always be the most impactful solution.
Once your identity designs are set, we move into the touchpoint design phase. Depending on your unique package, these items might include business cards, social media graphics, print or packaging materials, or editable templates.
Like the identity design phase, we present all brand touchpoints in as much detail as possible to help present an accurate visual of each asset. Since so many of these details are set during the concept development phase, any tweaks or adjustments to each item are again, usually very minimal.
Once all the included project designs are approved. We will finalize each piece, saving them in all the necessary file formats, and package everything up for final delivery. We’ll then work with you and your team to provide end-to-end integration of your identity across your company to ensure you are ready to execute with confidence.
Our standard brand identity package features custom logos, color palettes, typography, and brand voice rules, alongside a complete brand governance guide for successful application moving forward. But because we believe one size doesn’t fit all, every package we create is as unique as the clients we serve, designed to resonate uniquely with their target audience. This often includes additional brand touchpoints including branded stationery, marketing materials, clothing or client gifts, presentation templates or other custom company assets.
We use a variety of programs to streamline our engagements and effectively communicate through each phase of the design process. We use Dubsado for all project management including client communications, design submissions, feedback forms, and formal approvals. We use Zoom for all client calls and meetings. Google Drive for all final deliverables and content organization. And Dropbox for larger file management.
Just as unique as our brand packages are our project timeline as they are dictated by the project scope, final list of project deliverables, and client response time. But on average, most brand identity projects take anywhere between 6-12 weeks from start to finish with combination Brand/Web projects taking anywhere from 4-6 months to complete.

However, most of our Brand Design only projects fall within the $5-9K range with combination Brand/Web projects starting at $15K.

Depending on project size and scope, there could be anywhere from 2 – 5 people working on your project. But you will only ever be engaging with two to three people during your time with Whiskey and Red. You will have a designated project manager and point person throughout the project along with communication access to your designer and developer during their specific phases of the project. Communications include short weekly check-in calls either via phone or Zoom with regular email communications.
